We just recently bought our home and our lease was going to close out soon. We wanted our house to look more modern as it was an older home. I saw Devise Contracting specialized in Move-In renovations and my oh my, they did wonders!! We had done a hardwood flooring resurface, with new carpets in the rooms/basement and runners on the stairs. They also painted the whole interior of the home (All trim, walls and ceilings) and got it done in a little over a week. Really impressed with their time management and craftsmanship!

Amazing experience with Jay and his team. He was reliable, responsive, and communicated with us every step of the way. His team were also efficient and focused on quality work. We remodeled our flooring, installed new kitchen island pendants, and had our kitchen cabinets painted. He also helped with hanging our TV, and he was more than willing to even though I asked last minute. I will absolutely have them do any future work I need for my home. Highly recommend!
